This week we’ve been celebrating in the Hedges Direct office as we have been accredited with Gold Trusted Merchant status from Feefo. The team at Hedges Direct are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and this has been recognised with this award. Both the sales and service team and our despatch team work together seamlessly to ensure our customers have an easy and pleasant experience from placing their order right up to unwrapping their delivery.
The Gold Trusted Merchant accreditation is only awarded to businesses who maintain a service rating of 95% or over throughout the year, which is of course a huge achievement, and we’re very proud to have been recognised for consistently providing such a high level of customer service; it’s safe to say everyone at Hedges Direct has received a very well deserved pat on the back this week.
